Aah thank you! Gym regimen is easier for me to answer because my diet is. Very questionable. It’s mostly subs right now, and lots of popcorn and candy and I mean sometimes I just eat a whole jar of chocolate for dinner so don’t. Follow that. I don’t drink soda tho? Ok well.
But gym wise I make sure I go now twice a week at least, even just to go do a cardio warmup and then a half hour doing reps on the machines. If I can, I’ll go for an hour kickboxing or fitness boxing class. Boxing in general is so fun, and you work your everything doing it. The instructors that push you are the best, you can get a good workout that way!
