@asddio, that body’s Dio’s.  Araki doesn’t draw part 3 Dio like a head placed on Jonathan’s old body, Pt.3 is an entirely different shape.

I remember how it was explained with the pillarmen that they, and vampires like dio, can take body parts and bodies and over time those parts ‘change’ to become theirs like the arm acdc takes changes skin tone right there to become his. 

He’s probably much better at this than dio and it takes dio longer to take over the body but clearly it stops being jonathan’s and becomes dio’s. I think people tend to forget about this.
