omg you totally rock your Dio cosplay! how do you maintain that belly so tigh and flat? i’m trying to cut/recomp since last winter, my gains overall are nice but my belly fat is mostly the same T_T

Thank you!! And I dunno honestly, I do abs and core regularly though I mostly focus on arms and back lol. it’s just kinda like that. I eat like shit so it’s definitely not some kinda good diet thing.
