but would they be able to meet at all or would their flesh break down into cubes because they’re… sponges… or something…? i don’t know, that part was typical bad jojo science. something about sponges overlapping and filling the holes? didn’t really make sense at all.

but still, would they be destroyed if they came into contact? technically they’re alternate universe counterparts.

those were parallel universes that existed side by side so diegos who exist at the same time could not occupy the same universe together and were thus destroying each other. Dio is from a universe that is not existing at the same time, so I would assume nothing would happen.
