(sorry if this has been asked before) jazztronic: Canonically it’s some sort of lacey undershirt/cincher (?) The tattoo headcanon is super cute though and I’m personally very fond of it. But in canon? It’s clothes (you can tell because the lacey pattern moved when he took off his jacket)
