does alcohol even affect Dio when he’s a vampire. did he get drunk on blood. was he just sucking some poor human dry while Pucci sat back and sipped on some wine. i have so many questions

I want to know that as well, there’s a few panels of him holding what I guess is wine so I would assume so, but I can definitely see Dio just ‘having a drink’ from someone while Pucci watches. He’s probably interested in how Dio feeds like that anyway so I’m sure he would just casually be watching and drinking while Dio drains someone of blood. Educational purposes.
